Review new business and renewal applications/submissions, endorsements and cancellations for complete underwriting information. Contacted Agents to procure missing information prior to making referrals to an Underwriter. Assisted Underwriters in preparing new business and renewals, organized by experience rating, classification, coding and form completion status. Supported ordering and reviewing underwriting information, corresponding with service boards and bureaus and preparing required filings. Met with the Service Center to determine optimal workflow for division. Suggested ideas to aid in the development of Deal Management System (DMS) and test it upon completion.
