Managed a program of Workday higher-education implementations. Mentored project managers on various projects. Directed the daily operations of Workday implementations for Sierra-Cedar's higher-education practice using an agile project management approach. Managed a team of solution architects and principal consultants, including technical coordination for data migration, integration, and reporting. Partnered closely with the client project manager to confirm transparency and project management alignment. Managed the Workday methodology throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), including management reporting and direct oversight of the project budget, schedule, and scope.

Managed the Program Management Office which was a team comprised of 8 Program Managers and 5 Scrum Masters overseeing the IT investment of a $35+ million portfolio. Partnered closely with IT management and other internal groups to gain efficiencies and add value to senior management and IT processes. Promoted to Director after one year, including the transition of the Infrastructure PMO to my responsibility. Created and managed a task team to define the software development lifecycle RACI for Choice Hotels. Partnered with Corporate Finance and Accounting to re-define the capital & expense and R&D financial reporting processes. Sponsored the Rally Clarity Integration, as well as the on-going maturation of both tools. Continued to greatly support the rollout of the Scrum methodology, including the transition of Scrum Masters to the PMO.

Managed 5 Program Managers overseeing the IT investment of $20+ million of business sponsored projects. Continued to manage the International globalization program.  Promoted to Manager after less than two years as a Program Manager. Partnered closely with the VP of Application Development with the rollout of Scrum Methodology. Proved to be the agile advocate outside of development. Improved the accuracy and efficiency of the PMO leveraging the functionality of Clarity. Implemented various communication means improving transparency throughout IT and business stakeholders. Created a career path of three levels for Program Managers.

Managed the company’s highly visible program for International globalization, overseeing the budget and reporting, and mentoring two project managers. Worked closely with Corporate Finance to standardize project financial reporting. Managed the IT business projects for Corporate Finance and the International business division. Responsible for effectively managing the business projects from initiation to deployment.  Worked with the IT Infrastructure team to implement and manage a backlog of non-business project initiatives. Successfully managed the deployment of Kronos for corporate payroll and Qfinity Survey software for Property Support. Represented the PMO on a task team with IT management to evolve the software development lifecycle.

Managed a staff of four analysts in all aspects of project management, financial management and reporting for this highly profitable business unit. Acted as the financial advisor to top executives and operational management. Prepared programming budget plans and long-range forecasting of P&L, cash flow and balance sheet activity. Automated and standardized the financial management and report consolidation for all productions of this $650 million business unit, enhancing accuracy for all operations. Managed contracts for Sports Talent, representing $16 million annually. Personally tasked with creating monthly financial reviews for the company President, SVP/Executive Producer and SVP/Executive Director of Turner Sports.

Implementation Manager/Business Systems DevelopmentIn charge of coordinating numerous roll-out of key programs to support multiple divisions. Built and supervised a team of three project managers and ten software developers in supporting five applications for the programming and network accounting groups. Effectively handled and controlled a $1.6 million program management budget. Spearheaded the start-up of the global licensing and merchandising system for the Cartoon Network in .NET, representing a $50+ million revenue stream. Directed the introduction of the Scarlett System for CNN and Headline News, based on an Oracle relational database with PowerBuilder.  Successfully brought the financial, programming, sales and research groups together to create the data warehouse of the Entertainment Division for upload in 2005. Represented this division on companywide Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.Director of Planning, Analysis & Reporting/Film ManagementFormed and managed a group of eight professionals in budgeting and forecasting for all programming expenditures of four Entertainment domestic networks, representing 85% of total expenses for Turner Entertainment. Reviewed the accuracy of future imputed interest, cash flow and balance sheet activity. Continued to advise on the continuous improvement to the Film Management subsidiary ledger. Maintained consistency across all networks for management reporting and financial analysis. Analyzed and tracked the 10-year Forecast Programming Expense Model which directly supported the CFO/EVP of the Program Acquisitions and Entertainment Legal unit. Set up and supervised a technical support group to service over 100 end users. Key participant in designing a comprehensive career development program for the financial organization.
