✅ HOW IT BEGANLike many others, I aspired of becoming an attorney. During school, I obtained an internship at a high-profile law firm and decided that working as a paralegal was more geared to me. Shortly after obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University, I earned my Paralegal Certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta. After spending two years working for GE Aviation as a Corporate Paralegal, I decided that while I excel at reading rules and regulations with precision attention to detail, I didn’t like the lack of human interaction. I transitioned into a new field as a Flight Attendant with Independence Air.Within 6 months of joining Independence Air, I was promoted to Inflight Supervisor with direct supervision of 200 flight attendants vis-à-vis training, job performance, and compliance with corporate standards, and collective bargaining agreement.I continued my career in aviation as a Site Supervisor for SCIS Air Security and currently as a Flight Attendant and Inflight Reliability Specialist with Republic Airways.Over the past two decades, I have earned a reputation for delivering best-in-class customer service, program development, building relationships with diverse populations, and driving change.
