• Regional Pathway Technical Assistance to include: Team Coaching/Facilitation, Academy Lead Coaching, Small Convenings, Focus on high quality indicators• Data driven decision making• National partner policy updates• RFP development and grant management, create and review budgets• Share resources & facilitate PD of resources, support pathway work• Creation of model pathway for each of Hawai’i priority sectors• Supervise individuals on Pathways Team, onboard new team members, monitor workflow, solve problems, provide feedback, plan and conduct team meetings• Lead and plan virtual events for 300-700 participants across the State• Convene partners and stakeholders to advance State of Hawai’i educational initiatives

• Planned and administered College & Career Academies for all students• Liaised between school and district office to sustain academies, including creation and submission of budgets and purchase orders• Supported completion of action plans, calendars of events, academy budgets, data driven decision making, grant writing and management• Established first State of Hawaii National Career Academy Model Freshman Academy• Developed partnerships with parents, businesses and organizations • Coordinated with business partners to maintain accurate community investment data for official business and community partner involvement• Coordinate academy related experiential learning experiences, including, but not limited to, field trips, job shadows, student internships, teacher externships, and guest speakers• Planned and implemented staff development and in-service training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.• Primary coordinator for Early College programming and liaison with postsecondary partners• Restructured Early College program to create better alignment with Career Academies
