This has been a regularly evolving front line management position currently residing in the Infrastructure Solutions wing of Fiserv's Technology Services group. My team consists of client-facing technical leads and consultants responsible for building cutting edge industry leading project offerings across the Financial Services sector. I've used Kanban boards, check-ins, Situational Leadership II, and many other people and work management framework methodologies to create win-wins for my people, for Fiserv, and for our clients. I'm also currently serving as the de facto Program Manager for an online banking product solution that serves 6 million users worldwide. We've added hundreds of banks and credit unions to a suite of Fiserv products, and annually enable millions of dollars in revenue for the company.I'm especially proud to have led multiple Wellness Champion teams that linked grass-roots Wellness efforts to Fiserv's overall strategy to increase all aspects of Wellness for our associates and our community.
