Internship as Catia V5 CAD Enigneer, intended to broaden my CAD knowledge. The task was to prepare 3D-modells for the structure of a fighter plane.

Short term project for Volvo Car Corporation. Surface modelling of wheel rims.

Sketching and Class A surfacing with Alias Automotive. Projects include interior details for the next generation 93 (540). Yearly facelifts of the 93 and 95 model ranges. Also interior details of the NG95 (650) launched in 2010. Version: AutoStudio 2009, Alias Automotive 2011, NX5

TKK department - Body in White.'Clean Sheet project'. Purpose was to renew the concept behind engineering of vehicle bodies.. The results of body optimization simulations were the inspiration behind new panel assemblies that were then fed back into the simulation process.

Main role was to build parametric Unigraphics solid models from imported Alias free-form surface. The team was also responsible to support and develop the modeling methods and workflow. We also supported our Opel colleagues through integration towards `GME Design'. Two of the projects during this time were the 2006 model 95 (606), and Cadillac BLS (460)

A short assignment in Australia. Responsible CAD resource for Hoodscoop detail on Holden VZ Monaro. Packaging, design and solid modelling with Unigraphics NX. The car was released in USA as Pontiac GTO in 2005.

A short assignment instructing and guiding the Design Team during the transition to UGNX CAD.

Was part of the team that developed methods to increase CAD quality. Main role was to build parametric Unigraphics solid models from imported Alias free-form surface, to reflect the desires of Saab Design, with a view to manufacture. These models were the deliverables from Design to Engineering, and were the basis for further Engineering development. One of the projects during the time was the New 93 Cabriolet.(442) The car was released 2003. Unigraphics V16 - V18.

TKB department (Exterior Trim).Responsible CAD Designer for the front bumper, and related components, to New 93 Sport Sedan (440). I was involved in the project from concept study stage through to the finished details. The car was launched in 2002.

Packaging of componentry for the complete car, and modelling of various exterior plastic articles. The Project was Holden VU Commodore Utility. The car was launched 2000. Unigraphics V11 ­ V13

Invetech is a Design Consultancy with product, business and engineering development competence. I was a member of many different project teams, within design and development of industrial and consumer products. Had many different roles, from Draftsman to Designer, and Project Leader. The overriding goal was to always have a satisfied client!

3D modeling with Unigraphics. Simultaneously completing a University Degree part time. Gave technical support to Designers and Engineers, with concept sketching, CAD modeling, assembly packaging support, and engineering drawings. Unigraphics V10 - V11.

Crack'd Inkpot was my own Consulting company. I worked mostly `in-house' with various client companies.

Developed new products from concept to reality for domestic swimming pools and spa baths. Had daily contact with suppliers and manufacture of plastic, sheetmetal, and cast components to our product range. Typically bubble jets, under water lighting, filtration system, control panels and pool vacuum cleaners. We were a two person R&D department.
