She is also a stickler for quality and detail, which is very important in my role. Whatever she is producing, or helping produce, I know I can count on it being great quality each time. She invests the time to learn what I and my team do in Global Compliance, and that makes her an important member of my team. She takes pride in her work, and what she does to help me, and I sincerely appreciate that. And Robyn is not the type to merely do what is in job description; rather, as noted above, she has challenged herself to better learn the “business of compliance” so as to be a more effective EA.
