As Vice President of Business Development, I lead strategic growth and partnerships for Diaz Fritz Group General Contractors. I am passionate about advocating for business, improving community, promoting the region, and supporting business prosperity. Currently, I am moving into my 6th year with the firm collaborating with developers, site owners, and trade partners to deliver successful design-build, construction management and bid-response solutions to meet overall development goals. I am an active member of the AEC community and currently serve as a Board Member for the Tampa Chapter of Contractors Closers & Connections, a professional organization where we serve the design, development and construction industry and its resources to build and strengthen relationships. I also have the pleasure of serving on the Board of Directors for The 4 Corners Council, a dedicated association that serves businesses and professionals of all sizes and industries for growth and development plans in the sector where Lake, Orange, Polk and Osceola Counties intersect. As a Board Member of the Senior Living Developers council, we place emphasis on providing guidance, strategy and delivery specific for Senior Living Communities whether new construction, established facilities for sale or acquisitions.
