With over twenty years of experience in spatial analysis and environmental design, my projects have spanned social, cultural, historical, and environmental topics including commercial land development, urban planning, stormwater infrastructure, natural resource management, sustainable design, undocumented migration across the US-Mexico border, the incarceration of Japanese-Americans during WWII, and the economic, social, and psychological drivers of natural resource conservation. During my tenure at the University of Arkansas Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies, I wrote successfully funded grants for over $1.5 million and led education and outreach efforts at K-12, community college, and university levels with a focus on applied geospatial technologies.
