Using a range of computer systems effectively in order to resolve any issues. Identifying and acting upon opportunities to cross sell. I always met team and individual monthly targets.

Working on a till within a busy restaurant. Whilst maintaining a high standard of work it was essential to act quickly and efficiently to ensure each customer had an excellent experience.
