- Directed and developed the international and domestic marketing and public relations efforts for Ala Moana Center, the world's largest open-air shopping Center, with additional oversight for Prince Kuhio Plaza (Hawaii Island) and Whalers Village (Maui). - Managed a multi-million dollar budget including daily tracking, accruals, month-end and year-end reconciliations, invoicing, reforecasts, etc.- Analyzed sales trends and the impact of macroeconomic factors. - Developed compelling marketing opportunities to drive interest, awareness, and traffic.- Coordinated and executed all major events including Hawaii’s largest 4th of July fireworks display, fashion shows, cultural events, and nonprofit and community activations. - Managed vendors, staff and contractors and served as a liaison for retailer, government, nonprofit, and corporate organizations partnering with the Center. - Executed a multi-million dollar, 650,000 square-foot expansion project and overall mall refresh in partnership with tenant coordination, leasing, operations, and development.- Television and radio spokesperson.- Media relations and crisis communication.

Drove the marketing and public relations efforts for the state's largest indoor shopping center including all in-mall activations, media relations and vendor coordination.
