Argyle is a multipurpose staffing agency that has given me the opportunity to use my vast knowledge of the service industry in new exciting ways. While with Argyle I have continued to use my bartending and serving background at many events such as private parties, weddings, work gatherings, etc.. I’ve also had a new opportunity, to help with coordination.

While supervising at The Counter, I perfected data entry on Excel and essential skills with Outlook. I documented daily activities and information via a manager entry book that was kept up for each shift. Each night verification was made that sales matched with inventory of major ticket items (i.e. beer, wine, specialty menu).

While bartending at Hard Rock, I quickly became knowledgeable about signature and classic cocktails alike. I trained new bartenders and helped lead the bar team through the adaption of a completely new beverage roll out, by testing cocktails and preparing recipes. I also assisted management by maintaining efficient inventory procedures from week to week.
