Impact Launch is a collective of social impact professionals committed to supporting individuals, teams and collaboratives to work more effectively for equitable and sustainable outcomes. We each bring unique experience and expertise to the field of leadership development and collaboration for community change on issues ranging from homelessness and economic opportunity to criminal justice reform and more. Together we help spark and sustain the next level of impact in individuals and collaboratives through learning communities, leadership development intensives, the application of practical tools and ongoing support to breakthrough barriers.

Coordinated a ten-month state grant to implement the Health and Wellness Santa Cruz (HWSC) project. Increased school staff capacity in the areas of awareness of community resources, integration of health and wellness goals into Individualized Learning Plans, integration of arts into core curriculum, and coordinating mobile health care for students. Led all aspects of the project implementation, including design and delivery of nine professional development trainings for over 70 school staff.

Santa Cruz, Ca

Working with the Homeless Action Partnership, led the launch and roll out of Santa Cruz County's countywide homelessness coordinated entry system (CES), encompassing over 170 assessors and 20 referral programs. Provided oversight of all project components, including assessments, referrals, operations, policies, technology and promotion. Led the collaboration and community building integral to successful systems change. In 2017, facilitated a twelve month collaborative planning process with over 20 health and human service agencies to develop the CES based on shared principles and goals. Led the comprehensive technology selection process and managed the implementation. Established the evaluation process, including generating data for the baseline measurement. Provide supervision and mentorship of staff and interns.

Coordinator for Smart Solutions to Homelessness, the Children's Network, and Emergency Food and Shelter Program. Collaborated with multiple nonprofit agencies, county and city government departments, school districts, and community members to work towards achieving results in reducing and ending homelessness, and improving opportunities for children, youth and families. Assisted with managing the Community Assessment Project Report, 2-1-1 referral line, and Child Abuse Prevention Committee annual symposium. Supported fundraising events, grant writing, website maintenance, and office operations.

Developed and managed programs and services for two affordable housing apartment complexes in Santa Clara County. Programs focused on the following core goals: education, employment, financial literacy, community building, and health and wellness. Provided resources and referrals to individuals, seniors, and families.

Developed and managed the Children's Services Department in the YWCA emergency and transitional housing program serving single women with children experiencing homelessness.
