Lead operational, analysis & project management teams to deliver improved operational KPI results plus savings.- Assess the Finance function of ASX200 company & implement necessary changes. Recruit staff to key roles, centralise activities & oversee successful reconfiguration of ERP system. Significantly shorten month end reporting timeframe.- Review Shared Services of diverse organisation with $300 million turnover & 3,500 staff. Implement critical changes to improve service delivery. Lead challenging organisational-wide project involving 2 outsourced providers to mitigate a significant cost exposure.- Following numerous business acquisitions, a failed major ERP system implementation & unable to report, brought in to lead a team for ASX multinational to quickly deliver monthly reporting, a successful year-end audit & achieve forecasted results. Present to the Board & participate in Finance & Audit Committee meetings. - Work with CEO & Senior Executives of several large & diverse organisations to assess & implement critical strategic changes to achieve a significant financial turnaround.- Coach and mentor executives.
