I share my experiences and strategies as a therapist and as a mum of a little boy with developmental delay, through professional speaking at conferences, running engaging workshops, and through online training.Through my training and consultancy role, I help educators, teachers, and families learn the 'red flags' for developmental delay, observe children's learning and behaviour from a developmental and sensory perspective, as well as discover how to modify the environment, play stations, and learning objectives to suit the needs of children with developmental delay.My role as an Exercise Physiologist is used in the early learning and primary education sector, to help children with retained infantile reflexes, poor balance and coordination, and overall developmental delay. I develop classroom based programs that help children to reach developmental milestones and reach their learning potential.I am very passionate about what I do to support educators and teachers, as I believe that children need support with their health, well-being and learning daily. As a therapist, I can't provide that.
