Meet bi-monthly and achieve sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Build Team knowledge, Skill, Customer Service mentality; Identify pain points and resolve, set goals, develop and refine workflows, and manage LR show lifecycles. Prepare professional documentation for Marketing to enhance for outward usage. Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports as required for executive-level presentations. Schedule Lead Retrieval rollouts per each show contracted. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities while remaining focused on client retention. Maintain working relationships with existing exhibitors to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities while remaining focused on exhibitor retention. Maintains accurate and updated records in eShow to ensure historical accuracy of all accounts, opportunities, contacts, cases, and resolutions. Coordinate with other team members to ensure company goals, objectives, and standards are achieved. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Represent eShow at various industry events including trade shows and corporate events.
