Administers the corporate SMS, and oversees the SMS activities of each department, including the performance and effectiveness of each division’s risk processes and controls. Lead a team of IEP evaluators to ensure Endeavor’s management systems produce quality operations that are compliant with federal and internal standards. Seeks to continually improve and enhance these programs and will establish and maintain working relationships with regulatory agencies, such as, but not limited to, the FAA, DOD, and IOSA.SMS• Establishes, implements, and maintains processes needed for the Endeavor Air SMS• Oversees the performance and effectiveness of each division’s risk processes and controls, including feedback provided to their utilization of the company’s Safety Risk Management tools• Ensures the promotion of safety awareness throughout the organization• Ensures the development and delivery of SMS training to all levels of the organization• Serves as primary liaison, in conjunction with the 119 DOS, to the FAA on development, implementation, and operation of the Endeavor Air SMS• Interfaces with the company Safety Programs including, but not limited to, ASAP, FOQA, LOSA, FOSA, Risk Analysis, CASS, AQP, etc.IEP• Develops, implements, and maintains an IEP in accordance with the guidance contained in FAA AC 120-59• Develops an evaluation schedule with the IEP evaluators and ensure that all evaluations are conducted on schedule and follow-up evaluations are timely• Evaluates assessments performed by the IEP auditors.
