I believe in the transformative and evidence-based power of education to transform lives and societies.With over 10 years of diverse experience, my expertise spans organizational strategy and management, program design and implementation, business development and partnerships, monitoring and evaluation, marketing and communications, and curriculum and pedagogy. I bring a holistic approach to youth development, combining strategic vision with a hands-on commitment to impact.I’m passionate about equipping young people with skills in future-forward fields, including computer science and AI, sustainable agriculture and national resource management, green technology, health sciences, teaching, entrepreneurship, and the arts. As a global development practitioner, I focus on improving educational outcomes in literacy, numeracy, and STEM/computational thinking, with a commitment to gender inclusion. To date, I have helped organizations launch or expand youth programs across 14 countries. To ensure youth receive the opportunities and outcomes they deserve, my work strengthens organizations that serve students and educators with a focus on enhanced strategy, operations, and growth.
