My responsibilities include assisting six attorneys, answering phones, sorting all mail, scanning documents, sending faxes, and organizing all client files. I handle all the calendaring for meetings, court appearances and deadlines. I process all clients bills, payments, reconcile all bank accounts, keep the company's accounting books and produce weekly reports and spreadsheets.
