NACDD has a longstanding commitment to advancing health and racial equity. Although health equity strategies are deployed across the organization, NACDD’s Health Equity Council has worked with Members and partners over the years to develop peer learning communities, resources, tools, trainings, webinars, and podcasts focused on addressing chronic disease disparities and confronting the root causes of inequities in the distribution of disease and illness. NACDD also promotes strategies to advance racial equity and social justice in public health practice and organizational structure. NACDD’s Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Alliance exists to embed equitable practices and strategies in operations, evaluation, and partnerships. Show less

She led the team to develop marketing strategies based on benchmarks to drive measurable outcomes. Robyn managed the quarterly reporting process between ODJFS and ODH's inter-agency agreement. She also worked with dually diagnosed offenders (mental, AOD, sex offenders, etc). Not only did she work with inmates actively involved with treatment, but also developed several general population learning opportunities (prevention education, speakers, etc.). So, the inmates had to work towards membership which exhibited a commitment to participate.
