Under Dr. Bukola Salami, her youth research team studied the access and uptake of mental health services among African, Caribbean and Black youth in Alberta. My role mainly included creating and conducting interviews and conversation cafes, synthesizing the data collected and creating a final research report detailing our findings. From this research, I expect to release a publication further exploring our findings.
