- In collaboration with the VP of Member Programs, oversee achievement of the Association’s strategic and performance objectives for the Practice Support Center.- Ensure development of appropriate metric tracking and reporting mechanisms in order to track success of PSC and satisfaction and relevance to members.- Oversee management of volunteer based activities with the Practice Support Center (COM Subcommittee, volunteer workgroups, etc).- Provide expert consultation to member dentists regarding support and/or development of dental practice within specific area of Employment related matters. Advice is offered via telephone, website (content, blogs, bulletin board, etc.) and written documents.- Manage PSC Practice Analysts and other team members: 1. Define performance objectives and monitor direct reports. 2. Recognize and reward the good work of team members through coaching and mentoring 3. Evaluate progress toward defined goals.

- Managed the timeline, development, marketing, and execution of several key member resources including the Dental Benefit Plan Handbook, the Guide for the New Dentists, and the Legal Reference Guide. Personally contributed to several sections of each resource. Continually receive positive feedback from members indicating that these resources have assisted them in the daily operations of their practices.- Developed and delivered over 20 presentations annually in areas related to employment practices, patient management, practice management, and benefits of CDA membership. Consistently receive excellent survey results from attendees. Presentations are provided to local (component) dental societies, dental schools, specialty groups, ethnic societies, and associations as well as twice a year at CDA’s annual conference, CDA Presents. In addition to live presentations, also provided five webinars and three podcasts.- In collaboration with the marketing manager, developed a “Smart Dentist” campaign aimed at increasing member awareness and participation on the Compass as well as promoting the expertise of the practice support analysts. The Smart Dentist campaign has seen success in increasing registered users and providing a recognizable brand that associates the Practice Support Center and the Compass with proven reliability and success. Weekly eblasts supporting the Practice Support Center and Compass have become an anticipated communication, increasing the length of time registered users are on the site and steering users to resources that are relevant and useful without the need to search. Three-year goal is to increase overall participation to 75% of target membership – focusing on dentists five - ten years in practice.
