After overcoming a life-threatening infection that spread through her spine, hips, bones and muscle tissue at the age of 36, Robyn’s life was suddenly derailed with emergency surgery, battling sepsis in the ICU, months of painful physical therapy, IV medications and the unending aftereffects of multiple lifelong pain and chronic debilitating conditions.The fight for her life catapulted Robyn into an unrelenting mission of helping people live a better, healthier & stronger life through achieving physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformations from the inside out. Her coaching business was born from 26 years’ experience, collectively, as a master fitness expert while simultaneously transitioning herself through “Life Happens” adventures of divorce, death, grief, affairs, financial ruin, homelessness, abuse, salvation, and learning how to Live Alive as a single mom of two amazing kids.She delivers fierce high-energy, truth-telling, in your face authentic, thought-provoking messages that call upon her clients and audiences to face their giants, evict their excuses and divorce their old life.
