Also responsible for overseeing Human Resources for the company’s growing presence in the Latin American region. Robyn led major change initiatives, including M&A culture integration programs, HR needs for new geographic expansions, and aligning satellite offices to corporate practices and programs. Responsible for leading the EMEA Human Resources function as well as the CEO Communications strategy across 14 varied countries and cultures, and 4000 employees. This included implementing significant change programs, leading HR and Communications for M&A activity, developing internal and external communications programs to align employees to strategy, overseeing media relations, and maintaining leading reward, recognition and compensation schemes while balancing country specific legislation with global programs. Robyn also championed training and development, corporate social responsibility, as well as key marketing activities, including an annual flagship conference convening hundreds of partners in Budapest, Hungary. At approx. $10B, Europe was Ingram's second largest region. Based in Brussels, Belgium, reporting to the President, Ingram Europe.

Prior to the creation of Bell Aliant, Robyn was VP leading Communications & Public Affairs for Aliant, Atlantic Canada’s leading telecommunications and IT provider, serving two million consumers, 80,000 enterprises and 8,400 employees. Accountable for CEO communications, media program, executive visibility, employee engagement, community relations, corporate social responsibility, issues management and corporate event management.
