She is also delivery-driven having implemented several strategic workforce and talent management platforms and is experienced inmanaging budgets and P&Ls for global organizations.Prior to Robyn’s transition into the People function, she was the Chief Operations Officer (COO), North America for Wunderman Thompson where she created and implemented an operational strategy across locations to unify workforce management onto a single platform and drive efficiencies and savings. She also led the global integration management office (IMO) for the merger of Wunderman and J. Walter Thompson and partnered with NA leadership team to improve the integration of brands, services, delivery, and collaboration across all network brands. In her role, she alsooversaw the PMO and led the effort for putting Resource Management in place.Robyn previously worked at R/GA where she led business operations for their Global Capabilities, including emerging services (e.g., data visualization, e-commerce, media, prototyping, etc.). Prior to R/GA, Robyn spent 12.5 years at Digitas/Publicis where she last served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations Director for multi-brand agency teams.
