Processed legal publications from submission to print, wrote documentation and trained new and existing employees, implemented new systems and procedures, performed and led systems testing for main publishing system. Awarded for Project Managing $1 million new edition submitted from over 245 attorneys and judges who are experts in their field. Collaborated with IT/development team as a subject matter expert regarding user needs for new product type utilizing internal production system. Created and maintained Project Plans, led project status meetings, reported progress to director sponsors, and facilitated debrief meetings for global projects. Designed and delivered approximately 15 training classes for over 150 Publishing Specialists across 3 different locations.  Wrote, reviewed, and/or maintained user documentation, workflow checklists, and training classes for new system upgrades as well as new functionality to streamline processes and ensure the continuing development of existing staff. Analyzed and problem solved production issues with development team and internal help desk impacting over 200 production users globally. Wrote user requirements, wrote and implemented test scripts, and approved new publishing system functionality, resulting in the continual optimization of publishing system. Developed and tested internally managed content production system for governmental publishing agency. Tested the system functionality of our main content production system that was used by over 200 users globally. Led multiple task teams of subject matter experts to develop and implement company-wide rollouts and training. Analyzed, proofed, and edited submitted manuscript and XML data, implementing the Bluebook System of Citation as well as strict company standard look and feel guidelines. Promoted to Senior Editor in December 2003. Promoted to Principal Editor in April 2006. Promoted to Principal Publishing Specialist in April 2008.
