I hold Health Retreats in beautiful Ikaria, GREECE in June and September each year. I am the founder/hostess/instructor.I am also available for sessions in Greece and have a international SKYPE remote BodyTalk session business that you can request if you are not in Greece.I also travel the world to be able to spread the natural non-invasive "self healing" techniques taught in the BodyTalk Access class.

I started in 1981 in the field of alternative health as a massage technician working closely with 2 California chiropractors. I trained with the founder of Touch for Health as an Instructor-Practitioner. and taught Touch for Health, From there I became a certified Reiki Master while living in Kauai where I also was an instructor of the PPPP (Pre/Post Positive Pregnancy class teaching my students massage, Yoga and birthing exercises. . I was assisting midwives during births with my Reiki.adding that to my bag of alternative health tools. While living in the Carribean, I became a Qi Gong instructor and use the exercises with my clients. Then I found the all-encompassing BodyTalk System, whole health care, and became an Instructor and practitioner. Since 2003, I have taught in Ireland, Scotland, the Caribbean, Greece, Bahamas and the US. Presently, I live on the Blue Zone island of Ikaria in Greece and have a successful SKYPE business of clients from around the world where I administer remote BodyTalk sessions and teach a one day BodyTalk Access class.
