I apply this experience as a senior consultant with The Leader's Edge, where I facilitate leadership development sessions and coaching to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I also have the pleasure of teaching the future workforce at Purdue Northwest as a visiting assistant professor in the College of Business.Prior to this I have over 20 years of experience in both consulting and corporate human resources roles, working in both large and small firms across various industries and geographies.
