As a consultant and advisor, I leverage my extensive experience and expertise in global leadership development, change management, inclusion, and coaching to help organizations optimize their workforce in alignment with their values and strategic objectives. I apply this experience as a senior consultant with The Leader's Edge, where I facilitate leadership development sessions and coaching to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I also have the pleasure of teaching the future workforce at Purdue Northwest as a visiting assistant professor in the College of Business.Prior to this I have over 20 years of experience in both consulting and corporate human resources roles, working in both large and small firms across various industries and geographies. I served as a Senior Director leading client relationships and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, for Willis Towers Watson's Greater Chicagoland market. I have spent most of my career working with global organizations in roles overseeing talent functions, compensation functions, and leading complex consulting projects.
