This position performs a variety of functions including calculation of commissions and Call Center Manager bonuses, review and verify spiff reports for our Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Call Center Managers (CCM), attend all required meetings, run requested reports for National Inside Sales Manager (NISM)• Coordinate ISR new hire orientations, CCM meetings and National ISR meeting. Work with NISM to establish new hire orientation schedule and evening functions. Work with NISM and CCM’s to identify options for meetings, obtain venue quotes, select and book venues. As needed for each event, schedule flights, book hotel rooms, and make arrangements for meal delivery. Communicate orientation or meeting schedule to all participants and presenters and notify participants of travel and hotel arrangement details. Assist in coordinating the National Inside Sales Meeting every other year including running reports to determine the award winners, purchasing awards, creating the awards presentation and assisting the NISM at the awards banquet, create offer letters to our vendor sponsors, track the payment and ROI of meetings, work with Accounts Payable staff to retrieve payment from vendors.• Prepare and submit an expense report monthly. Run multiple monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports for the NISM. Update sales rosters and send to our vendor partners. Create and update ISR account base reports. Assist with assigning an ISR to clinic’s accounts if needed. Assist with planning the office holiday party or ISR functions as suggested by vendor partners. Attend manufacturer meetings and webinars. Schedule requested manufacturer webinars. Administrate NISM and CCM meetings by setting schedule and taking and disseminating notes.
