Operations And Marketing Manager
Current• Assist with overall operational management• Secure customer commitments to recurring revenue maintenance as well as ensuring contracts are renewed with accurate rates to include any upgrades and software costs of product• Calculate contract rates for new installations, upgrades and annual renewals, generating increased revenue• Manage all company financial transactions and invoicing, as well as follow up of customer payments, maintain multiple bank accounts, to include reconciliation of all accounts as well as review financials, coding of accounts and journal entries• Manage customer accounts, including handling any customer needs, sending quotes, contracts and invoicing for renewals• Maintain software updates with vendors for active customers• Procurement of product configurations, upgrades and any service needs, to include generating and managing purchase orders, as well as sales orders, with suppliers and invoicing to customers for purchasing• Manage taxes, file monthly sales taxes for various states, and work with CPA to prepare annual tax return • Submit monthly and quarterly reports for government sales contracts, to include DIR and HGAC• Obtain certificate of insurance as needed for customers and renewal of annual company insurance, as well as other HR needs• Produce newsletters, email campaigns, mailouts, ect with marketing team• Implement new business processes for better efficiency, to include documenting with attention to detail and organization
