As the VP of Sales at Rentokil PCI, I lead the sales function for the leading pest control service provider in India. Rentokil PCI is a joint venture between Rentokil Initial, the world's leading commercial hygiene and pest control service provider, and Pest Control India, the number one pest control company in India. We serve customers across various sectors, such as food processing, pharma, retail, IT/ITES, industrial and manufacturing, hospitality, and many more, helping them manage their pest challenges, meet their compliance requirements, and pass customer and external audits.With over 25 years of experience in the service industry, I have developed expertise in B2B sales (direct and channel sales) through key account, field sales, and tele-sales teams. I have also managed large teams, performance, strategy, marketing, and P&L for three service industries: IT education, express logistics, and hygiene and pest control. I have worked in various locations in North India, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and have exposure to international markets in the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, and Africa.
