Redgate Media is a diversified entertainment and media company in China. I co-Founded the company and oversaw all fundraising and capital markets activity at the firm, as well as contributed to the overall strategic direction of the company. The company was sold to Inno-Tech Holdings (HK.8202) in August 2012.

I co-founded One Media Group, which is a joint-venture between Redgate Media and Ming Pao Enterprise Corporation. We operate lifestyle magazines in Hong Kong and China and I helped to list the company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005. While there, I helped launch magazines in China including Rolling Stone, Top Gear, T3, MING, and Digital Camera.

I founded One Studio, which was a venture-backed web consulting and IT services business with offices in Hong Kong, China, Japan, and the U.S.

OSMEDIA was a private cable television advertising sales business in China that I founded and ran successfully for one year. When the contract supplying the media we were selling was up for renewal, I chose not to renew it and focus on what was to become One Studio.

Opened the office in Asia for Metromedia International, the overseas arm of the Metromedia Group, a public company owned by John Kluge, which he ran following his divestiture of Fox to News Corp and his wireless business to Craig McCaw (now AT&T Wireless). The focus was in developing wireless local loop and MMDS cable television businesses in China, and I helped introduce these technologies, and Metromedia, into China and Indonesia through ventures with China Telecom, China Unicom, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia.
