With the biggest insurance company in the Netherlands VGZ-IZA, our client and business partner, we put together in 3 months a top of the range Customer Contact Center with 220 fully operational seats. Co-makership in its purest form! ZP groep made it possible for her client VGZ-IZA to successful handle one of the biggest changes in their market. Starting off with the fear of losing customers we managed not only to maintain market share: we made it grow! And we did it together.
