I have nearly 30 years of experience in the management of substantial and diverse landed Estates with multi-million pound turnovers, in addition to broader rural property consultancy. I have a strong track record of delivering major change, structural improvement and developing businesses. My particular specialism is in dealing with macro renewable energy schemes, negotiating options and leases and helping landowners achieve the best results. Author of the relevant RICS Guidance Note.In 2008, I created and then developed a successful, multi-discipline business, from scratch – a team of twenty individuals by 2020.I have always enjoyed working with a broad cross section of clients, from individual property owners and tenant farmers to traditional Estate owning clients and corporates.
