I have nearly thirty years of experience in the financial industry in China. I have held various executive positions, including General Manager and Director of Research Institute at Zhongtai Securities Shanghai Headquarters, as well as CMO and Deputy General Manager at several public fund management companies, such as Changxin Fund, Guohai Franklin Fund, and China Europe Fund. I have also served as Vice President of Noah Holdings, a publicly listed US company, where I gained extensive management experience in Sino-foreign joint venture financial firms.In addition to my corporate experience, I have a successful entrepreneurial background. In 2011, I founded "Fund123.com" and served as CEO. It became one of the first platforms to obtain a fund sales license in China, and its fund sales volume and AUM consistently ranked among the top nationwide. Fund123.com was later acquired by Ant Group, an affiliate of Alibaba Group, and renamed "Ant Fund," which is currently the largest fund sales platform in China.I excel in wealth management platform development, cross-industry integration, and team building.
