ROCCO BOVA, a charismatic leader and experienced Hotelier. I am a passionate and energetic entrepreneur with a remarkable career of over 20 years. Have worked in some of the finest, world class properties in amazing destinations spanning five continents. My phenomenal tenacity and ambition has shaped my life and behavior and helped my insatiable desire to learn and travel the world, living and adapting even to the most complex and challenging cultures. My educational journey began in London at the Westminster College, followed in Singapore at Cornell University and continues through workshops, readings and the internet on topics such as Human Behavior, Neuro Marketing, NLP and Business Modelling. I LOVE my job and I am proud to say that I have an unquestionable integrity. One of my objectives is to coach and inspire teams to what the world of hospitality offers. I enjoy interacting and socializing with people at all levels, and have a natural ability to influence and engage others making everyone feel welcome. I managed to grow many thousands of contacts in the Hospitality, Travel, Press and PR industries plus hundreds of high net-worth personal connections to ensure a quick business turnaround or a re-branding.
