Providing Business Analysis services to SA Power Networks through DWS. Working alongside SA Power Networks, Capgemini & SAP on the large-scale digital transformation Billing & CRM Programme which transformed SA Power Networks' legacy IT Systems into up to date, customer-centric and robust platforms.

Lead Technical Business Analyst across various departments and multiple programmes, with a focus on agile delivery methodology.

As a Technical Business Analyst it was my responsibility to act as a trusted intermediary and liaison between the business and IT. My work supported high-profile, government initiatives which involved the analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, requirements and system processes that were translated into functional and technical specifications for the design or optimisation of enterprise-wide and public-facing ICT solutions.It was imperative to draw from strong interpersonal, negotiation and critical thinking abilities to ensure business outcomes remained in focus and deliverables were met on time and within budget. Also supported the design, development and design end to end process throughout the SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) including user experience, testing, deployment and training.I worked on a number of large scale projects which were based around SAP technologies (CRM, HANA, WCEM, Ui5) along with other technologies and tools such as; IBM Case Manager, Jira, Confluence, iOS & Android Applications, HP Application Lifecycle Manager, HP Service Manager, Microsoft Visio and Axure RP.

As a System Administrator for multiple DECD Primary Schools it was my responsibility to lead and manage the school's ICT infrastructure landscape whilst managing client engagements and expectations.
