Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Process/Operations Management, Business Analysis, and PMO support to clients in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Healthcare industries. Expertise within the functions of Capacity Management, Operational & Process Implementation, Change Management, Key Performance Indicator Development, Enterprise System.

Responsible for a global Resource Planning & Capacity Management department, leading the development and implementation of processes to effectively manage ~8,000 permanent & contract employees across 9 global organizations

Provide leadership within the Global Clinical Operations division of Schering-Plough Research Institute in the areas of Clinical Resource / Capacity Management, Global Governance Administration, Operational & KPI Metric Reporting, and the logistical planning, management, and execution of global investigator and advisory board meetings.

Management and oversight of Operational Support and business administration activities within Global Medical Affairs Operations department including; Operational SOP development, trial budget forecasting and adherence, site/investigator and vendor contract negotiations and execution, departmental small systems support, Investigator and vendor payments.

Manage all aspects of the clinical supply process for Global Medical Affairs trials conducted worldwide including the procurement, manufacture, blinding, packaging, labeling, release, shipping, return, destruction and accountability of all clinical supplies, and development of the clinical supplies section of Sponsored Phase IV protocols.
