Contracting to TxDOT. Responsible for managing programs, projects and initiatives that will transform Infrastructure and Operations fundamental services for TxDOT.

For the Health Services sector I managed a client’s PMO IT transition to NTTDATA covering knowledge transfer, process and governance for projects and enhancements. I represented the applications tower in establishing the Enterprise PMO for the account. I project managed several projects in parallel that included updates to standard financial extracts for the clients management service organizations and financial recovery group as well as the development and rollout of a special mid-year open enrollment for new groups as part of existing Health plans.For the State and Local Gov’t sector I was the program manager of a transformation program that included several releases of ServiceNow, consisting of the incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, discovery, contracts and asset management modules. I became responsible for asset management operations including the baseline of the CMDB, Service Asset & Configuration Management process development, integration of mobile devices, software license compliance, audits, true-ups and KPIs to demonstrate improvements. I was also responsible for the collection and reporting of a unit based billing invoice, valued at $2M/month.

Responsible Electronic Payment Card solutions for State and local agencies. * Led infrastructure projects to support PCI compliance initiative, deploying network appliances, web application firewalls, security configuration management, continuous monitoring and two-factor authentication. * Partnered with Comerica, Wells Fargo, Visa and MasterCard to deliver debit card solutions for ACS’s Transportation Services Group, Iowa’s Medicaid agency, and Mississippi’s Adoption and Foster Care agencies. * Managed a global team to integrate and deploy a Fraud Management solution for all ACS Electronic Payment Card solutions. This fraud solution was expected to avoid loss of $200k per month, across 3 million active card holders. Included compliance for Visa’s Fraud Summary Reports and MasterCard’s System to Avoid Fraud Effectively (SAFE) Reporting * Led process improvement efforts for portfolio change control and Integration testing process improvement.
