• Managing the processing of daily tasks and monthly controls• Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.• Handling vendor inquiries at first level escalation and acting as the face of the Accounts Payable.• Dealing with and resolving issues which arise. • Investigating issues to assist users on business escalations and propose solutions• Defining, agreeing and implementing improvements to the existing operating model• Conduct regular 1 on 1’s, team meetings and help team member to develop skills• Praise team members and creates a positive working environment• Ensuring that all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
