- focused on rare diseases and oncology, including pediatrics- independent expert on compound- and study-level clinical development planning- responsible for compound life cycle from first-in-human studies in close collaboration with early development scientists through late phase studies until successful drug submission- translating the findings high-level and detailed data mining into insights- managing and overseeing CRO partner activities and deliverables- evaluating and validating new analytical tools and data services for the company

- accountable for deliveries of the pre-award proposals including bid defense meetings- managing international project teams of subject matter experts including, but not limited to global feasibility, site ID, simulations preparing proposal deliverables - driving strategic development and growth of global feasibility team, including mentoring and training junior colleagues

- acting as independent global feasibility expert conducting global pre-awarded feasibilities- conducting global full feasibility stand-alone billable projects - presenting feasibility capabilities and client-tailored strategies during face to face meetings - developing internal tools
