He has played key roles in building accounts at the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Agriculture. Mr. Mongeon previously managed SFI's ProTech Oceans contract and is the Program Manager for SFI's NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) contract.

Mr. Mongeon joined the executive team at Spatial Front, Inc., (SFI) in January 2019 to help drive their growth as a dynamic, technologically-innovative company focused on client mission success. SFI is a small, women owned, 8(a) business with a strong portfolio of federal customers (that includes the Federal Aviation Administration, US Census Bureau, Department of Transportation, and Army National Guard), for whom we provide program management, science and engineering, and Information Technology solutions.

I left employment with EIS in July 2018 to tend to family real estate business needs. I resumed employment in the federal contracting space in January, 2019 with Spatial Front, Incorporated of McLean, VA.

At Enterprise Information Services, Inc., a $70M IT, and Acquisition, Program Management and IT services company located in Vienna, VA, I was Senior Vice President for Homeland Security programs. I managed DHS business strategy and operations and I led capture and operational management of DHS EAGLE, EAGLE II, TABSS (Domains 1 and 2) and GSA Alliant SB IDIQ contracts. My capture and proposal leadership generated over $250M in individual contract/task order revenues.

Proposal/Capture consultant to CSC. Provided win strategy and proposal support for $86 million contract win at EPA to protect US water supply from terrorist attack.

Operations & BD Management with responsibility for EPA, US Postal Service and DoD.

Operations, Project and BD Management for accounts with EPA and DOE.

Techical, Operations and BD Management for EPA programs. Helped grow company from $3M to over $35M until it was acquired by DynCorp in 1991.
