As part of the fulfillment team, I designed, created, and managed websites for an evolving client base of small to medium-sized businesses, within an array of industries including commercial, non-profit, entertainment, construction, technology, real estate, etc. In this role, I provided expertise and guidance to clients in the development of a digital marketing presence, targeting key goals for long-term success: building out a website, SEO best practices, and content creation. I engaged with an average of 50-80 clients via phone and email to provide premier customer service through open and clear communication, and utilization of problem solving skills when fulfilling client needs.
