I've been working on web and mobile applications, ranging from small to large projects in different areas and with people from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. However, the most important thing you should know about me is that, aside from writing code, I love to maintain a healthy environment and promote growth.In recent years, I've been running a company called InflightIT, which offers bespoke software solutions in Portugal. For strategic reasons, we only hire developers who have recently graduated from university or technical courses. This has been beneficial for my growth as a professional, as it has allowed me to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, as well as implement processes to improve our workflow. Moreover, I have to train people, define project goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.In terms of technology, I've been working with Javascript frameworks for the last eight years, such as AngularJS, Angular 2.x, ReactJS, React Native, Node/Express, and more recently, NestJS. However, what is most important to me is to use engineering principles and design patterns to ensure a well-structured and enjoyable development environment for everyone.
