Marco Galiar Rocha, Architect, Post Graduated in Design and M.Phil. in Fashion.Portuguese born, Lisbon educated, European groomed and Vienna immersed, Marco always worked in the sphere of creation, design and retail. He did art direction & set design for the largest private television network in Portugal (SIC) and worked has a creative project manager for the leading retail group (SONAE) in the same country. Alongside Marco also kept his eponymous design studio, doing set design for MUDE (Lisbon Fashion & Design Museum) while having private clients and projects in Portugal, Belgium and Netherlands. Author of a book on Vogue Portugal visual identity, Marco lectured visual culture, namely photography and art as also retail design & visual merchandising at IADE Lisbon university (post-graduation level). Besides Marco affinity for art, design, and contemporary culture with insatiable desire for researching new trends in visual culture he has an undeniable experience managing projects from the ground up.
