Selected by the senior leadership of MSDE to deliver five national-level schemes.2.Worked closely with JS, MSDE for implementation of schemes like PM SVANidhi & GKRA in the state of MP for the upliftment of migrant workers and job creation during the Covid-19 pandemic.3.Formulated monitoring guidelines and a Monitoring and Evaluation framework for two Pan-India skilling initiatives aimed at skilling 1 million candidates.4.Streamlined the disbursement process for Seekho aur Kamao, a skilling initiative aimed at increasing the employability of minority groups by designing a maker-checker SOP5.Conducted policy and economic analysis using the SDG framework to assess the level of digital penetration and skills across Southeast Asian countries (India, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh).6.Led strategy and end-to-end implementation of new functionalities on the scheme’s MIS portal, streamlining the training lifecycle of candidates.7.Led the adoption of the MIS portal by training and onboarding 100+ external stakeholders along with 15+ projects running under PAN-India schemes.8.Prepared various strategy/ methodology notes and presentations for senior government officials.9.
