With over two decades of expertise in developing and implementing lean automated manufacturing solutions, I specialize in supporting business growth by managing the integration of classic equipment with the latest digital technologies to improve productivity and labour efficiency. From the start of my career at the Canadian Space Agency, tools like digitalization, connectivity, AI, Vision, Robots and complex algorithms have consistently been implemented when they had value. My truly multidisciplinary leadership style has been a key driver of success in implementing technology in advanced manufacturing production lines and leading teams of up to 100 people. I've overseen teams across diverse cultures and countries, a testament to my adaptability and cross-cultural competence. This has led to the successful design, optimization, and implementation of numerous automated production lines, business software, and complete factories (Design-Build). The consistent enhancement of business performance and operational efficiency of delivered projects has been a key focus of those projects.My management approach, influenced by the Rockefeller, Agile, and PMI frameworks, is a testament to my ability to balance innovative thinking and proven classical methodologies. I have always strived to use the proper project management tools for the size of the individual project. Combined with lots of business analytics, I promote practicality and a 'manage by facts' philosophy in a teamwork environment. These methodologies, which I believe are a key strength, have been instrumental in growing the business to a team of 50 and accompanying more than 100 clients in their business growth path with a focus on ROI.On the personal side, I have been involved in mentoring many young entrepreneurs in many sectors for a long time. I played a significant role in organizing the Professional Kiteboard Riders Association (PKRA) World Tour event in 2009. This kitesurfing World Cup event was held in my home region, specifically in the Acadian Peninsula. In 1995, it was proactive, and I implemented a tracking system to monitor two explorers in their reach to the South Pole by ski. This project received international coverage before the Internet was popular.
