I've overseen teams across diverse cultures and countries, a testament to my adaptability and cross-cultural competence. This has led to the successful design, optimization, and implementation of numerous automated production lines, business software, and complete factories (Design-Build). The consistent enhancement of business performance and operational efficiency of delivered projects has been a key focus of those projects.My management approach, influenced by the Rockefeller, Agile, and PMI frameworks, is a testament to my ability to balance innovative thinking and proven classical methodologies. In 1995, it was proactive, and I implemented a tracking system to monitor two explorers in their reach to the South Pole by ski. This project received international coverage before the Internet was popular.

Artificial Intelligence Satellite Simulation Phase I: Programmed and Improved a satellite simulation to analyze the operational limitation and validate ongoing laboratory hardware tests on a Satellite. This included System Engineering knowledge of the electrical system, mechanical components usage and heating, the physics of orbits, the IT operational constraint of the satellite. Phase II: Reprogrammed a fully integrated prototype on the PC platform using VB 3.0. An in-depth knowledge of satellite engineering, orbital geometry and telecommunication systems was required. Phase III: Advanced the system by porting it to C++, with the results and constraints being subjected to sophisticated analysis by artificial intelligence under Unix and X-Windows.
