Orchestrated and ensured the safe and successful movement of more than 70 personnel and their associated equipment to and from the combat zone of Iraq with no incidents.

Implemented and supervised the Army wide transition of Basic Non-commissioned Officer Course-Common Core to the Advanced Leader Course-Common Core Distributed Learning in a timely and professional manner. Planned and coordinated the execution of Distance Learning and Resident training for over 14,000 students globally. Expertly managed the development and maintenance of the course Program of Instruction and lesson materials. Monitored the design, development, operation, management, and maintenance of the Army Training and Learning System and Blackboard Academice suite for the Advanced Leader Course-Common Core. Supervised and assisted 15 military and 43 contract instructors.

Planned and coordinated the training, evaluating, and counseling for over 8,000 students, 15 resident instructors, and 300 assistant instructors globally. Conduct and coordinated broadcast scheduling, and student load requirements between the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, Training and Doctrine Command, Forces Command and 35 sites in the contiguous united states and overseas for Video Tele-Training. Evaluated and recommended changes to the Program of Instruction. Developed standard operating procedures to synchronize administration and course training requirements. Piloted Training and Doctrine Command’s Distributed Learning program for Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course-Common Core. Certified and introduced asynchronous training through Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course-Common Core to the Army. Received laudatory comments from senior-level leaders throughout the Army.

Supervised daily intelligence production operations within the 24/7 All Source Fusion Section while serving in the United States Forces Korea within a military unit of 168 personnel. Served as the chief operations and intelligence sergeant that effectively assisted the commander and staff officers in the appraisal of intelligence operations and training procedures. Provided mentorship, guidance, and professional development to 79 non-commissioned officers and junior soldiers.

Produced more than 400 executive level finished intelligence briefs, assessments and ad hoc products to senior officials within the Department of Defense which required a comprehensive knowledge of Iraqi culture. Provided analytic support to Joint Interrogation Debriefing Center operations that required research ability and coordination with national level agencies to ensure analytic continuity. Presented briefings to Polish government officials in a government exchange. Provided guidance and mentorship to military and civilian analyst.
