-Responsible for following specific program workflows that include but are not limited to contacting insurance companies to confirm eligibility, performing benefit investigations for pharmacy coverage, provide copay assistance and Patient Assistance Program enrollment-Act as the single point of contact for the patients and provider offices.-Follow up on PA/Appeal cases-Communicating with clients and providers via email, fax and or SMS messaging.-Data Entry/Program enrollment

-Responsible for serving as the customer’s primary point of contact providing operational and reimbursement support to complex programs within Covance.-Conduct insurance verifications to understand if patient’s prescribed therapy is eligible for coverage. Possibly coordinate prior authorizations, investigate alternative insurance coverage, or other funding sources on behalf of the patients per the program specifications

-Being the customers primary point of contact.-Handle incoming calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies to assist with enrollment questions &/or copay card issues.-Educated patients on available programs and benefits available as well as verification.

-Researched information in the patient’s case to provide one call resolution.2-Communicated appropriate benefit and program information, assisted with plan options.-Multitasked using 6+ systems to provide accurate and efficient information. Typing 50 wpm, logged calls and resolved inquires.

-Stocked shelves, made label's and built new mods. -Assisted customers in store as well as on the phone.- Operated dressing room and incoming calls. -Made overhead announcements, directed calls to proper department and noted/delivered messages.
