As Donation Manager, I work closely with the Treasurer and Donation Coordinator to oversee the corporate and fiscal side of donation intake and management.

Mainly responsible for providing monthly consolidated financial statements to upper management. Duties include: Generating journal entries for several different divisions on a monthly basis. Account analysis for all general ledger accounts compared to budget. Bill over $30 Million in revenue annually to cooperatives in the Trueband and IPTV divisions of the company. Reconciling balance sheet accounts including all cash accounts. Close accounting modules for three different companies. Approve checks to make sure they follow appropriate internal controls. Enter, maintain and reconcile Fixed assets. Assist Controller with SG&A accounts and estimating the annual budget. Compile data and run financial statements for three separate companies. Calculate adjusting entries and run consolidated financial statements. Write up gross margin analysis for all divisions on a monthly basis. Assist staff and junior accountants with duties such as sales tax preparation, annual reporting, expense reporting, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Remit all government census and business surveys quarterly. Assist with annual audit.
